PLEASE NOTE: deliveries during the Christmas period may be delayed due to the high volume of shipments handled by couriers.
Your Parcel’s Journey
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday, even when the 24-hour service is selected, as couriers do not collect or deliver at weekends and the shop is closed on Mondays. In December only, parcels may also be shipped on Mondays. During the Christmas period, deliveries may be delayed due to the high volume handled by couriers.
Average delivery time: 3 working days within mainland Italy. 5 working days to the main Italian islands. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. For further information, please contact info@pasticceriagallina.it.
Storage: the courier will make two delivery attempts. After that, the parcel will be held at the local depot for 5 working days. Collection from the depot is free of charge. A third delivery attempt may incur an additional fee payable directly to the courier.
Insurance: goods are shipped without insurance.

Poste Delivery Now
Poste Delivery Now, powered by Milkman, is available for B2C deliveries to major Italian cities and allows recipients to choose their preferred delivery day and time slot.
The standard “anytime” service includes:
• Express delivery between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, including Saturdays
• The option to choose a specific delivery window of up to 6 hours
• The option to schedule the delivery day
• Rescheduling of the delivery day and time slot up to 5 minutes before delivery
• The option to change the delivery address
• The option to specify concierge or business opening hours
• Delivery to your floor, always included
• Branded email and SMS notifications with updates on shipment collection, estimated delivery time and the courier’s imminent arrival
• Advanced address management using geocoding technology
• The option to add address details, including access instructions, floor number, notes and instructions for the courier
• The driver’s photo and name
• The option to track the courier’s route on a live map during the last mile
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be scheduled for the following working day within the same time slot. The recipient may also reschedule the day and time slot for the second attempt.
A valid recipient email address is required to enable Poste Delivery Now services and recipient interactions.
The service is available only in selected destination areas and postal codes, according to a regularly updated coverage list.
